Hi! I’m Jennie Mustafa-Julock, but you can call me Coach Jennie.

And I believe too many people with impatient ambition are squandering their potential because their inner critic (aka Hilda) is holding their ambitions hostage.

Here’s how all the gurus gaslight you - they tell you to just ignore your inner critic. Instead, I want you to tune into her naysaying, parse out the BS, and do something about it #nomatterwhat.

Only then, can you finally get out of your own way and get on with the business of changing the world.

Unlike most life coaches who take an expensive online coaching course, toss together a logo in Canva, and hang out their shingle, I’ve actually got real professional chops. My fancy-pants Masters degree in Organization Development taught me how to develop new coaching tools and techniques that I’ve co-created, tested, and validated with hundreds of clients over my 14+ years in business.

Oh, and did I tell you I literally wrote the book on this stuff? Hilda: Tackle Your Inner Naysayer, Get Out of Your Own Way, and Unleash Your Badassery is my pride and joy. This not just another vanity project or a glorified pamphlet, but a legit book, the quintessential manual for differentiating Hilda’s nonsense from your truth. I have been the catalyst for my peeps to launch new businesses, publish their first books, negotiate career leaps, adventure the world, and more.

Coach Jennie's Gritty Backstory

{the really important stuff}

I’m married to the most amazing woman on the planet. We currently live here in Los Angeles, but have also lived in NYC, Boston, Washington, DC, Florida, and Ohio. Yeah, we move a lot.

My favorite things are my shiny new orange Fiat, all of my Apple products, my midcentury bar cart, and my Barbra Streisand record collection.

I’m fluent in English and American Sign Language. I’m a Mac, not a PC. I am allergic to peanut oil, terrified of fireworks, and regard smoking as the most repugnant habit on the planet. I absolutely love attending live theater, biking, brunching, and gazing at the ocean. And I love Breaking Bad. Seriously, I won't stop talking about it.

Above all things, I love my wife, great food, and the Boston Red Sox.
